Purchased this from advice from my chiropractor as i have damaged disc disease, this is great as it gives you palm support as well, certainly helps take pressure off 0of the bad leg / spine area. Well worth the money

Bought this for my mum who has crippling RA in her hands. She gets on very well with it compared to normal handle.
