"Glucomannan has received significant and ongoing media attention as an effective weight loss supplement"
Description Product Reviews Questions
Description

Glucomannan Konjac is a form of water-soluble dietary fibre derived from the root of a plant "Amorphophallus konjac," which grows in the subtropical regions of Asia. It is also known as elephant yam in South East Asia and is also the main ingredient in many traditional foods such as shirataki noodles.

However, because of its ability to absorb water and swell many times the normal size of its dried state, glucomannan is more popularly known as a potential weight loss supplement that acts as an appetite suppressant and it is this fact that has caught the attention of the media and led to a rapid increase in its popularity as a very low calorie food supplement used as part of weight loss regime.

Glucomannan should be used in conjunction with an energy restricted diet. Lamberts Glucomannan capsules are manufactured in the UK using a natural highly refined standardised extract, which is the highest available grade, as opposed to a form derived from yeast.

2 Capsules provide a full 1000mg
