Great product, great fit, finally have got support for my back at work
Dear Fred, We are very pleased to hear that you now have a support for work, we really appreciate the time that you have taken to write a review.
Renovating an old house, loads of lifting and moving awkward objects. Two weeks in my back was definitely unhappy. Found this after an online search and decided to give it a go. Really really glad I did. Easy to fit and adjust. I wear it all day every day, tighten it to use it for all the moving and shifting jobs and simply loosen it when itís not needed.
Dear David, many thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. Honest reviews whether good or bad are helpful to other potential customers and also help us maintain our desire to offer great quality products.

This belt was a gamble for me after two days I was upright after 5days my back was pain less thankyou I'm ordering a second to leave at work
Just the job provides excellent support and thanks for speedy response and delivery.
Great product and quality item. Worth every penny. I like the fact it can be worn all shift whilst driving in comfort and tension belt when required.
This is the best support to date. I lost my old one back support and tried this one and although a little more expensive the quality of support and security it gives my back is well worth the extra spend.

Question from Ade
Hi I'm a self employed painter and decorator and work long hours putting a fair amount of strain on my back, i have slipped a disc twice in the last 6 months would this back support help ease the pressure on my back and possibly lessen the chance of slipping a disc again. Many thanks Ade.
Answer (24/04/19)
Dear Ade, wearing a back support can help with reducing mechanical lower back pain especially if you are putting a degree of mechanical strain on it working long hours and as I suspect most probably getting into awkward positions as part of your every day work! However, you have not said whether you have a diagnosed 'prolapsed intervertebral disc' or a pseudo slipped disc. Wearing a back support may also help with discogenic back pain but I would recommend reading a helpful blog I wrote regarding how to correctly wear a back support when lifting. I would also advise seeing an Osteopath, Physiotherapist or Chiropractor with regards to strengthening your lower back to help with long term back health. I hope this has helped you but feel free to contact us should you require any further information. Blog:
Question from michael goldman
I am a joiner and spend a lot of time moving heavy fire doors when cutting them and refitting them. I sometimes get lower backpain after moving 2 or 3. I am 73 and still am working full time, would one of these products help me if I wore it when working with the doors.? PS I am not ready to retiire yet !Many thanks Michael
Answer from Tim (Registered Osteopath) (06/03/18)
Dear Michael, In a short answer, yes I feel the back support would help reduce the back strain and pain when working with the doors. I also wrote an article regarding how to correctly use a back support which can be found in the Blog section on the website and this might also have some useful info for you. So nice to hear that you still work physically hard and are not ready to retire yet. Hopefully the back support will help keep you going for years to come.
